Drawing smiley faces

Assalamu’alaikum
Is it halal for kids to draw a basic smiley face ( a circle with two dots inside it for eyes and a curved line for the smile) with chalk on the floor?
what about digital smileys like this: 🙂

In principle, it is impermissible to draw pictures of living beings or the face of living beings. In the aforementioned scenario, since the smiley being drawn and the digital smiley (made from a colon and parentheses) are not a complete face, it would not fall under the prohibition of drawing pictures.Â
