A newborn child passes away moments after birth

A child was born and passed away within a few minutes. He was neither given a name nor was salat al janaza offered for him, what should we do now?

When a child passes away after live birth, they must be given a name and janaza prayer must be performed. If the child was buried without being given a name and without janaza prayer being performed, the name should be given now and janaza should be offered at the gravesite. However, if so much time has passed since the burial in which a human body normally begins to decay, janaza prayer should not be offered.
