During which times is sajdah at-tilawah not permitted?

During which times is the sajdat at-tilawah not permitted? Is it permitted after salah al-Fajr and salah al-Asr?

الجواب حامدا ومصليا ومسلما

In principle, it is permissible to perform sajdah tilaawa after  Fajr or Asr. Conversely, it is not permissible to perform it during sunrise, zenith, or sunset. However, if the verse of sajdah was recited during one of these three times, it would be permissible to perform the sajdah immediately, although it is still better to delay until later.
