Early termination of a business partner

Assalam Alaikum

A person bought a few houses as an investment. He runs the business with the help of his son and brother and they also share the profit. What should be the method of distribution in the case any party decides to leave early?

In the aforementioned scenario, the houses will not be distributed, because they belong to one owner. The profit will be distributed between the brother, son, and owner of the houses for the amount they have settled for. If they have not set a specific amount, then the brother and son will receive a portion of the profit equivalent to the average pay a worker with that occupation receives.
