Is a woman’s maternal aunt’s husband her mahram?

Assalamualaikum

Is it Wajib for me to wear my niqab in front of my khalu, my mothers sisters husband?

A woman’s maternal aunt’s husband (khalu) is not considered a mahram for her. As such, it would be necessary to wear niqab  in front of him.
