Is it permissible for a ma’zoor to combine prayers?

If a person is considered a ma`zoor according to Shari`ah, is it permissible to pray zuhr and asr salaah together with the same wudhu between the first and second shadow timings? What about Maghrib and Isha between the red and white shafaq?

Combining Zuhr and Asr in the time between first and second shadow is permissible for a person considered ma’zoor in Shari’ah. However, if such a person is able to pray each salah at its original time without much difficulty, it would be better for them to do so.
