May a woman work at a daycare?

As-salamu-alaikum,
Is it permissible for me, as a female, to work as a teacher at a daycare center? The other teachers are all female, only the director is male.

It would be permissible for a woman to accept the aforementioned job provided that the laws of hijab are adhered to.
