Publishing the transliteration of the Qur’an

Is it permissible to print /write Quran in English text along with Arabic for those who can not recite the Quran in Arabic?

 بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

الجواب حامدا ومصليا ومسلما

The Qur’an may only be published in the Arabic language. It would not be permissible to have the Qur’an written in any other language even if the purpose is to help those who are unable to read Arabic. However, if the transliteration were to be written beneath the actual Qur’an in a non-Arabic language, in a way that all the distinct letters of Arabic be correctly pronounced, that would be permissible.
