Qadha of witr

If a person misses witr salah, must he do qadha for it?

 بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

الجواب حامدا ومصليا ومسلما

In principle, one must do qadha of any obligatory (fardh) or incumbent (wajib) prayer they miss. Thus, one would be required to do qadha if they miss witr since it is an incumbent (wajib) prayer.
