Wearing jewelry other than gold and silver

Are women allowed to wear jewelry made of material other than gold or silver?

It is preferable for women to avoid wearing rings made of material other than gold or silver. However,  all other forms of jewellery would be permissible to wear irrespective of whatever material it is made from.
